Ski-Alpin: der Zirkus öffnet seine Tore!

- Der Weltcupauftakt in Sölden ist bereits mit einem Sieg des Herminators über die Bühne gegangen. Patrick Staudacher (ital. Skiteam - Abfahrt, Super-G) bestreitet mit seinen 25 Jahren seine nunmehr vierte Saison in der Königsklasse. Macht und Ohnmacht

Es impliziert ein allgegenwärtiges Hierarchieverhältnis, von Herrschenden und Beherrschten, von Führern und Dienern. „Macht und Ohnmacht“ ist ein Thema, das so alt ist wie die Menschheit selbst und es spiegelt die immerwährenden Fragen wider, wie es als Ohnmächtiger möglich ist, sich aus den wirkenden Kräftefeldern auszuklinken, bzw. wie man als Machthaber seine Stärke weiter ausbauen kann.

“I have spent a great deal of time abroad for my studies. I did my first internship in El Salvador: I drew up a business plan for an NGO, concerning the question of how ecotourism could be made to play a more significant role. For my second internship and my graduation project, I carried out market research in Italy, at a wholesaler who supplied electronic goods to hotels. This involved a lot of travel to Norway!"

Sustainability
I found the Erasmus student exchange in the third year extremely interesting. I was able to select where I could follow courses on ‘sustainability’ myself, and this turned out to be Barcelona. I consider this an extremely important subject, for both large and small companies!”

(rappresentato da un pensionato in panchina), per le informazioni sugli

Ein Praktikum bei den Institutionen der EU? Oft habe ich an diese Möglichkeit gedacht und mich schlussendlich dafür beworben. Jetzt, zum ersten Jahrestag der EU-Osterweiterung, schweifen meine Gedanken zurück an den 1.Mai 2004, als ganz Brüssel in Feierstimmung lag. Eine verlockende E-Mail mit dem Titel: Very Urgent

Jeder, der eine E-Mail Adresse hat kennt dieses Phänomen: Spam! Laut Definition von Wikipedia (das interessanteste freie Open Community Infolexikon) ist Spam einfach ungewollte Zusendungen von Werbepost per Email.

In diesem Beitrag möchte ich mich nicht über die Problematik des Spams auseinandersetzen sondern eigentlich auf ein vor kurzem erhaltenes Mail bzw. SPAM eingehen und nachgehen. Die Informationen scheinen verlockend aber nach jeder Logik nicht real sondern nur feinstem Humbug zu sein.

Con inizio alle ore 20:30 al Meranarena si gioca Gara 5, incontro valido per la finale del Campionato Cadetto di Serie "A2". Le due formazioni Merano e Vipiteno, come ovvio, arrivano a questo incontro con 2 vittorie a testa con ciascuna delle formazioni che hanno fatto loro gli incontri casalinghi. OK - Il prezzo é giusto

L'Assessorato alle Attività economiche aveva incominciato nel luglio scorso di fare un confronto dei prezzi tra le tre provincie di Bolzano, Trento ed Innsbruck. Incaricato di questo progetto era l'IRE della Camera di Commercio che prossimamente pubblicherà i risultati di quest'analisi. Più di 11.000 prezzi di ca. 42 gruppi di prodotti erano oggetto di questo rilevamento, quale scopo era, di evaluare eventuali differenze nei livelli di prezzo tra le tre capoluoghi. Un primo bilancio però attesta una differenza nei prezzi minore di quanto ci si aspettava.

Have we forgotten something ? Genetically modified crops !

There are so many open topics. We citizens often get lost with the overflow of information. Might it be topics about the increasing mass transit (amorepace.com article from January 2005), the impact of introducing software patents or the global greenhouse effect..

One issue which has lost some attention in the past is the topic about genetically modified crops. Before the tragically attack in 2001 this topic started to evolve and more and more people (especially within the European Union) felt that introducing these crops without any further scientific research and background was going just a bit too fast. Since then these topics have almost remained untouched. The interesting question is which direction are we taking?read amorepace.com

Finished my studies

After years of hard work and studying ;-) I finally managed to finish of my studies in international economic social sciences. What will happen now? I will for some time move back home and support my mum. She has been supporting me for more than xx years ;-)

Another pleasant finish off surprise was the number 2 ranking in the 5 Euro Business competition. We actually managed to add 6,45 Hektars of greenland at the Karen Mogensen Riserve in Costa Rica! In visual size that accounts for about 10 large football fields! We did someting good for OUR environment.
